COVID-19 Policy

Dear Valued Clients,

With the recent increase of COVID-19 cases in our region, we are temporarily moving back to curbside service, with no pet parents in the building during appointments. Here is what to expect starting December 14:

  • Our doors will remain locked. Upon your arrival, please follow the instructions on how to announce your arrival at the hospital and a team member will meet you outside to escort your pet into the hospital for their exam.
  • Face masks are required when interacting with our team, even when outside.
  • Please follow the instructions on how to announce your arrival at the hospital when picking up food and medication. A staff member will meet you at the door with your purchases.

These measures are temporary and we will reassess as time goes on. Please keep a lookout for any further updates from our team. Together, we can all help in stopping the spread of COVID-19.

If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to call us. Any kind of disrespectful behaviour will not be tolerated by our team and may result in the denial of service. Please be kind, we’re all in this together.
