X-ray Services

Non-invasive procedure to detect abnormalities within the internal organs.

X-rays (also known as radiographs) is a diagnostic tool that allow us to peer inside your pet’s body. We examine the images from the scans to diagnose and treat your pet. These visuals can show us abnormal growths, pregnancies, and fractures. When we conduct a test we’re able to receive the results immediately and discuss our next best move with pet owners. When is an X-ray necessary?

Not all health issues are visible on the surface. After a physical exam and discussion of your concerns, your veterinarian may recommend an X-ray to better understand what’s going on inside your pet. X-rays allow us to see clear images of your pet’s bones and internal organs, helping us identify fractures, inflammation, enlarged organs, or even foreign objects they may have swallowed.
